Before Pivot2Connect, I spent 35+ years in the pharmaceutical and medical industries. I've managed teams, worked with suppliers, handled difficult customers, and built business relationships that have lasted for decades.

Four years ago, I was retrenched from pharmaceuticals after 35+ years in the industry.
The last three years, I'd managed the Digital Department and discovered something unexpected: I loved designing websites.
Most people at my age would panic about starting over. I saw an opportunity.
I started talking to small business owners about their websites. The same story kept coming up:
